Refund policy

MDL custom crafts does not accept returns. We do not issue refunds. All shipments are insured by USPS when you pay for shipping. if you have a damaged package, USPS requires a picture of the box/package and the damaged product, so please be sure to take a picture of your package before opening if any damage is visual. To file a claim, please visit www.usps.com and scroll to the bottom of their website to file a claim directly to them. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at mdlcustomcrafts@gmail.com

FAQ

What is the turn around time?

  • As these are hand made items, turn around time, depending on product type, typically takes 15-20 business days on custom orders and 5-10 business days on premade, accessories and/or supply orders. There may be rare instances in which shipping can take upwards of 8 weeks. This is not typical and is case by case depending on the item. We do hope you understand as we do have orders placed in front of your order. We will do our very best to have your items sent out in a timely manner.

My package never arrived.

  • We use USPS for all of our shipping needs.  USPS shipments are insured through your purchase of shipping.  All shipments have tracking numbers which should be sent to the email on your account.  MDL custom crafts is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly.  Please make sure you have a secure place for delivery.  Please file all of your claims directly with USPS.

Do You Accept Returns?

  • No.  We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is a mistake with your order. Contact at mdlcustomcrafts@gmail.com or call (910) 916-3938.
  • If you have purchased a tumbler, please remember that tumblers are hand made. We do our best to make sure your items are perfect, but with hand made items, there could be small flaws.

Why is my order not being processed?

  • WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY ORDERS. You will not be charged if an order is denied and you will be notified.

We are a small home based business located in the quiet little town of Stedman in beautiful North Carolina. Our family business is primarily ran by myself and my husband on a secondary basis.
